I have been involved with 7 minute workout now since June of 2011. I have to say that I really enjoy the program because it has all the elements an average person needs to get into shape. This program is for the NON – Athlete. What I mean by this is if you haven’t worked out in years this is the program for you. It gently gets you started building your muscle.  7 minute workout also has a ton of sections dedicated to helping you stay committed, focused and accountable.

7 Minute Workout – And Update On The Marathon Of Health

Health is a serious issue. There are tons of people running around taking all types of supplements. There are even products coming out that effects your chromosomes. I don’t know about all that but I do know that as we get older we lose more and more muscle *especially woman. A solid workout program and sensible diet is what is needed to maintain a long healthy life. What I really like about the 7 minute workout program is the fact that it’s easy to follow and incorporate into your day-to-day activities.

Another aspect that I like about the modules inside is that there is a food tracker. If you are like me you tend to shove food into your mouth without actually thinking about what it is you are eating. After plugging stuff  I started realizing why I wasn’t losing the weight I would have liked to, even though I exercise regularly.

You should really check out 7 minute workout. It cost less than $10 a month to be a member and in my opinion the workout is more effective for long-term success than p90X ..
